Cellar and payment
Chablis wines from our family estate, Domaine Daniel-Etienne Defaix, are on sale at the hotel front desk or at the cellar, 14 rue Auxerroise, a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Terms of payment: cheque, cash, credit card (American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard), Diners Club, JCB. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival or to ask for a deposit of 50 % of the total amount of the booking.
