Cellar and activities
We can arrange a guided tasting, “discovering the wines of Chablis”, at the cellar of our family estate, Domaine Daniel-Etienne Defaix, a specialist in collection vintages.
Cultural or leisure activities can be added: quad biking in the vineyard, karting, adventure courses, golf, visits to the castles of Tanlay and Ancy-le-Franc, Fontenay Abbey, or the Bailly-Lapierre cellars (Crémant de Bourgogne).
